How to help
The Idaho River Rendezvous (IRR) is a forum for professional development in the Idaho River Community. This annual event is dedicated to the health, education, and sustainability of Idaho recreational river communities including river guides, outfitters, river managers, non-profits, and recreational river users.
The 2020 Rendezvous will be held in Stanley, ID. The weekend will focus on topics related to our theme of Idaho Rivers: Purpose and Passion. An underlying goal of the Rendezvous is to unite a diverse group of river users across common themes vital to community stability including river safety, conservation, and individual health. The Rendezvous will also host a free health and wellness fair presented by the Redside Foundation. The fair will include opportunities for wellness exams, skin cancer screenings, and physical therapy consultations, as well as opportunities, to meet with career counseling professionals, financial planners, and legal specialists. Rendezvous participants will also be invited to sign up for affordable Wilderness First Aid and Swiftwater Rescue Training courses to be held in conjunction with IRR '20.
The Idaho River Rendezvous is brought to you by passionate Idaho river guides and outfitters, the Redside Foundation, and other river users who see value in supporting and sustaining the Idaho River Community. Please plan to join us in Stanley for the 2020 IRR!
